2022

Attila Bucsi had a perfect season. In 2022, the M1RA driver achieved an unprecedented feat by winning all eleven races in the Swift Cup Europe season, six times from the back of the grid to take the lead.

Since Bucsi started the season at the age of 14 and was still only 15 at the end of the season, his results were still not taken into account in the absolute ranking, as he cannot be entered in the international ranking under the age of 16. So, despite being unbeatable on the track, he could officially “only” win the junior and Hungarian titles.

However, on the track, it doesn’t matter how old you are, and Bucsi’s dominance was not only shown by the fact that he won all the races, but also by the fact that he was the fastest in four of the five qualifying races of the season. In 2022, Attila Bucsi was elected Junior Speedway Driver of the Year in Hungary.

Móric Csermely also competed for M1RA in the Swift Cup Europe. The 15-year-old driver, who had previously competed in rallycross, was third in the junior category of the Hungarian national championship at the start of the season. He started track racing in 2022 and finished the season in third place in the Swift Cup junior classification.
